The United States Tennis Association/Midwest is bringing its Youth Team Tennis League to the Grosse Pointe area.

Ten and Under Tennis is a revolutionary change in the way kids learn and play tennis, as well as compete.

Utilizing the QuickStart Tennis play format, the program is structured for kids to learn tennis and rally and play quickly in a way that is both enjoyable and rewarding.

Volunteers are needed to serve on the board of this new program and to serve as coaches.

No tennis experience is needed and coaches will receive training from the USTA.

An organizational meeting will be held at 7 p.m., Wed. Dec 12, at the Hunt Club Tennis House, 655 Cook Road, Grosse Pointe Woods.
