Interested participants can sign up for the 2013 Flash Training 5000 Camp Aug. 6 to 8 at Basketball City in Roseville.

The cost is $99 and runs from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. each day. All campers receive a T-shirt and will learn how to become an elite shooter through games and drills, as well as learn shot development.

It is for boys and girls ages 9 and up and camper are divided into divisions by age and ability. Participants will get 5,000 shots up in three days.

Robert Crandall is the camp director. He developed Flash Training, as well as worked at the Nike Sparq Training camp in Indianapolis was men’s basketball assistant coach at Tiffin University and Grand Valley State University.

He was Eaton Grand Rapids High School freshman girls’ head basketball coach, as well as a camp instructor for Metro D Basketball Camp in Harper Woods.

Include the players’ name, age and T-shirt size. Spots are limited and campers should pack a snack and plenty of water or Gatorade. Pizza and beverages are provided the final day.
